- It's common for instructors to fall into a trap
- Do not abandon your own fitness routine thinking that the classes you teach will do the job for you
- Take time for yourself
- Avoid boredom.
- LIFT HEAVY!!
- Challenge yourself
- If you're injured, HEAL
- CARDIO 3-4 sessions per week (1-2 challenging for you)
- EAT RIGHT
- Keep an Active lifestyle (minimize being a couch potato)
- Limit stress
- Avoid foods you can't stop eating
- Do yoga
- Challenge yourself
