A FITNESS INSTRUCTOR'S MANTRA

  1. It's common for instructors to fall into a trap
  2. Do not abandon your own fitness routine thinking that the classes you teach will do the job for you
  3. Take time for yourself
  4. Avoid boredom.
  5. LIFT HEAVY!!
  6. Challenge yourself
  7. If you're injured, HEAL
  8. CARDIO 3-4 sessions per week (1-2 challenging for you)
  9. EAT RIGHT
  10. Keep an Active lifestyle (minimize being a couch potato)
  11. Limit stress
  12. Avoid foods you can't stop eating
  13. Do yoga
  14. Challenge yourself
