thanks to everyone for their comments about my teaching dilema...after some thought, I've decided to make a compromise and hopefully it's one that will satisfy me, both gyms, and the members. So, I'm going to take the water class at

okay for semi-anonymous sake (and with a little algebra) here goes: Gym A: Hired me one week after I arrived into town. I teach 3x per week there, it's a pilates class, which is NOT my favorite format. I get paid $X.50 per class and if I get over

I have to say..... I've *really* been diggin' teaching fitness here in Oregon. At the two gyms that I teach, I've got a varied mix of people of all fitness levels and ages ...and each and every one of them seems genuinely happy

you know the one I'm sure. Where I'd pour out my heart and soul and tell you how homesick I am. Well folks, it's time has come. It's official. I'm homesick, heart sick and often have doubts about whether moving was the right thing
