Have you all seen or read this story? Sarah comes to my "Muscle Pump" class at the local gym all of the time. Hope her knee is going to be okay.

hi kim, I opted out of Xped this year. I only "qualified" for aqua fitness anyway and I'd rather do AEA workshops with Pauline Ivens since she's local to Portland now. Bummed I won't get to meet you though....
